Villa Melisa

     With spectacular views out onto the Mediteranean Sea, this villa has been perfectly set to watch the sunrise and sunset. Also, you can admire the views out across Kalkan Bay Area alongside Snake and Mouse Island. As Villa Melisa is a big property; this is the perfect villa for you as it can accommodate up to 12 guests in six bedrooms, which all come with en-suites. Villa Melisa has lots to offer; offering not only one pool but three! - A privite plunge pool (lower ground floor), a private smaller pool (ground floor) and an infinity pool overlooking the stunning Mediterranean (ground floor). There's also plenty of quiter areas around the villa where you can enjoy time alone or places to socialise. 

Villa Melisa is a short distance walk away from the Kalkan Beach Park (a very popular beach choice with tourists). Also, while you are there you can find a cafe, a bar, a waterslide, beach, sunbathing platforms and clear access to the Mediterranean Sea. Kalkan Beach Park is a great place to take children if travelling with any.

     There are kitchen utensils to meet all your needs in our villa. In the living area; TV, sitting group, coffee table etc. items are available

Pool Information;

     There is a pool of 15 * 7 meters in size and 1.60 meters in depth in our villa.

Damage Deposit;

     Upon arrival at the villa, a damage deposit of 2000 TL is taken, and if no damage is detected as a result of the checks made during your exit, your money will be refunded in cash.

Check-in and Check-out times;

     Check-in time in all our Villas is 16:00 in the afternoon and Check-out time is 10:00 in the morning. It is obligatory to comply with the clock in order to complete the cleaning, necessary controls and deficiencies of our villas.

General Information;

     Pool and garden maintenance is carried out regularly by the staff once a day. Electricity, water, gas fees are included in the prices. Also, no fee is required. The villa is delivered to you clean and prepared on the day of your stay and is cleaned once a week.

     Note; The minimum rental period is 5 nights in the whole season. An extra 1500 TL cleaning fee is required for stays of less than 7 nights.
