Villa Vega 1 has lots to offer; offering a large infinity pool overlooking the stunning Mediterranean and a outdoor Jacuzzi. - Also it's a great getaway villa to enjoy relaxation with your family or friends. 

Villa Vega 1 is a short drive away or taxi fare from Kalkan Centre which you will also find the health centre and bus station, a 6 minute drive. However, if you're not planning to travel away from the villa or use transport don't worry! - There is a market available within 1 km from the villa.

On the other hand, if you're planning to look for something to do or a place to sunbathe away from the villa, Kalkan Beach is a perfect place to go! - 4 km away (6 minute drive). Kalkan is a white pebbled beach which is hugely popular with visitors and locals. The water is incredibly clear and calm, making it very good for snorkeling and swimming with the children. While you are there you will find harbour front restaurants, shops and cafes within a 2 minute walk from the beach. Also, in the late evenings, Kalkan beach is a great place to watch the sunset with the family/friends.

Ground Floor

On the ground floor there is an open plan living,dining and kitchen area which covers half of the ground floor space. There is a fully furnished lounge area with two sofas, an arm chair, coffee table and television. In the dining area there is a dining table for six with chairs. In the kitchen area, the kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, oven, gas hobs, washing machine, fridge freezer, microwave oven, toaster  and kettle. From the living and dining area there's a sliding glass patio doors leading out onto the pool terrace.

SECURITY DEPOSIT

A 750 TL damage deposit is taken upon arrival at the villa, if you do not pay the damage deposit or it is not paid in full you may be refused to enter the property. 
The security deposit will be refunded to you at the end of the rental period.
The purpose of receiving the damage deposit is to provide preliminary assurance on behalf of the villa in the event of any damage or loss. 

ARRIVAL & DEPARTURE TIME OF VILLA 

Standard check-in time is after 16:00pm and the check-out time is before 10:00am respectively, unless stated otherwise.
The reason for the arrival and departure times is so the cleaning service team can enter the villa and start cleaning for the new arrival of guests.
